Observation on the effect of individualized psychological intervention in hospice care for the elderly
老年人临终关怀中个性化心理干预的效果观察

摘要

目的 研究个性化心理干预在老年人临终关怀的临床效果。方法 在本次实验中，共选取78例临终老人作为研究对象，其患有不同病症，心理状态不佳，临床实验中，将78例患者分配为对照组、观察组，每组39例，前者使用常规护理，观察组则在常规护理基础上实施个性化心理干预，对比两组患者的满意度和生活质量评分。结果 观察组中，十分满意、一般满意、不满意患者例数分别有19例、18例、2例；反观使用常规护理的对照组，以上满意度标准者分别为16例、17例、6例，对比来看观察组满意度明显更高，（P＜0.05）。其次，应用个性化心理干预的观察组患者，其各方面生活质量也更优于对照组，两组数据间存在统计学意义，（P＜0.05）。结论 老年人临终关怀护理中实施个性化心理干预可以显著提高护理针对性，对改善患者临终期间生活质量有重要意义。

Abstract

Objective: To study the clinical effect of personalized psychological intervention in hospice care for the elderly.
Methods: In this experiment, a total of 78 dying old people were selected as the research objects, who have different diseases and poor mental states. In clinical experiments, 78 patients were assigned to the control group and the observation group, with 39 cases in each group. The former used conventional nursing, and the observation group implemented personalized psychological intervention on the basis of conventional nursing to compare the satisfaction and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients.
Results: In the observation group, there were 19, 18, and 2 patients who were very satisfied, generally satisfied, and dissatisfied, respectively. In contrast, in the control group using conventional care, the above-mentioned satisfaction standards were 16, 17 and 6 respectively. For example, the satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher in comparison (P<0.05). Secondly, the patients in the observation group who applied personalized psychological intervention had better quality of life in all aspects than the control group, and there was statistical significance between the two groups of data (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The implementation of personalized psychological intervention in the elderly hospice care can significantly improve the pertinence of nursing, and it is of great significance to improve the quality of life of patients during the end of life.
