The effect of nursing hierarchical management on the quality of nursing in the department of digestive medicine
护理分层管理对消化内科护理质量的影响

摘要

目的 探讨护理分层管理对消化内科护理质量的影响。方法 选取2020年1月至2020年12月我院收治的消化内科患者70例，将其随机分为两组，每组患者人数均为35例。对照组患者采用常规护理方法，观察组患者采用护理分层管理，比较这两种方法对消化内科患者的临床护理效果。结果 经过数据分析可以发现，观察组患者的护理质量评分、护士行为评分、健康教育知晓评分、投诉率、护理满意度和遵医依从率，与对照组患者的相关数据，均存在着明显的差异，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 采用护理分层管理措施，可以显著增强消化内科患者对护理工作的依从性和满意度，大幅度提高患者的临床护理效果和相关认知水平，令护患纠纷和投诉事件均出现明显降低，值得在今后的临床护理工作中进一步推广。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of hierarchical nursing management on the quality of nursing in the department of gastroenterology.
Methods: A total of 70 gastroenterology patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 35 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing methods, and the patients in the observation group were treated with hierarchical nursing management. The clinical nursing effects of these two methods on patients in gastroenterology were compared.
Results: After data analysis, it can be found that the observation group patients' nursing quality score, nurse behavior score, health education awareness score, complaint rate, nursing satisfaction and compliance rate, and the related data of the control group patients, all have obvious data The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The adoption of hierarchical nursing management measures can significantly enhance the compliance and satisfaction of gastroenterology patients with nursing work, greatly improve the clinical nursing effect and related cognitive level of patients, and significantly reduce nurse-patient disputes and complaints. It is worthy of further promotion in future clinical nursing work.
