护理风险管理在新生儿科护理中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 对新生儿科护理中采用护理风险管理的应用价值和临床疗效进行分析。方法 本次研究开始于2019年2月，结束于2020年4月，研究期间采取本院新生儿病房中的120例新生儿作为本次的分析对象，为了更加深入地了解护理风险管理的护理效果，本次研究采用对比的方式进行，将120例患者分为两组，分别是观察组和对照组各60例，将常规护理方式应用在对照组患者的护理过程中，将护理风险管理应用在观察组患者的护理过程中，将两组患者的护理质量、护理记录、护理纠纷以及满意度进行对比你。结果 经过对两组患者的护理效果进行对比后发现，观察组患者的各项指标明显优于对照组，差异符合统计学意义的评价标准（P＜0.05）。结论 将护理风险管理应用在新生儿科护理过程中可以有效地降低护患纠纷，同时提高护理质量，值得在临床中推广及应用。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the application value and clinical efficacy of nursing risk management in neonatal nursing.
Methods: This study started in February 2019 and ended in April 2020. During the study period, 120 newborns in the neonatal ward of our hospital were used as the analysis object for this analysis, in order to have a deeper understanding of nursing risk management. Effectiveness, this study was conducted in a comparative way. 120 patients were divided into two groups, 60 cases in the observation group and 60 cases in the control group. The conventional nursing method was applied to the nursing process of the control group and the nursing risk management In the nursing process of patients in the observation group, compare the care quality, nursing records, nursing disputes and satisfaction of the two groups of patients.
Results: After comparing the nursing effects of the two groups of patients, it was found that the observation group had better indicators than the control group, and the difference met the statistically significant evaluation criteria (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The application of nursing risk management in the nursing process of neonatology can effectively reduce nurse-patient disputes and improve the quality of nursing. It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
