Observation on the effect of orthopedic nursing of elderly patients with knee joint degenerative disease
膝关节退行性病变老年患者的骨科护理效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨在骨科护理中有关膝关节退行性病变老年患者的护理干预方法及应用效果。方法 本次研究对象为我院收治的膝关节退行性病变老年患者，共48例，选取时间为2019年6月-2020年6月，在患者护理中，分别应用了常规护理模式、优质护理模式，并以此为依据将所选患者分组展开实验，对应组名为对照组、观察组，每组人数均等，各为24例。结果 在两组患者护理满意度、治疗优良率的比较中，观察组对应指标明显优于另一组，差异符合统计学意义的评判标准（P＜0.05）。结论 优质护理干预具有较强的针对性，所涵盖的护理内容更加全面、细致，将其用于膝关节退行性病变老年患者的临床护理中，可强化治疗的效果，加快患者身体康复的速度。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the nursing intervention methods and application effects of elderly patients with knee joint degenerative diseases in orthopedic nursing.
Methods: The subjects of this study are 48 elderly patients with knee degenerative lesions admitted to our hospital. The selection period is from June 2019 to June 2020. In patient care, conventional care models and high-quality care were applied respectively. Based on this model, the selected patients are divided into groups to carry out the experiment. The corresponding groups are named the control group and the observation group. The number of people in each group is equal, with 24 cases in each group.
Results: In the comparison of nursing satisfaction and treatment excellent rate between the two groups of patients, the corresponding indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the other group, and the difference met the criteria of statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The high-quality nursing intervention is more targeted, and the nursing content covered is more comprehensive and meticulous. Applying it to the clinical nursing of elderly patients with knee degenerative disease can strengthen the effect of treatment and speed up the recovery of patients.
