预见性护理指引在骨科护理中的应用分析研究

摘要

目的 对骨科护理中常规护理及预见性护理引导的表现进行比较分析。方法 本次实验对象为骨科患者，人数为80人，本次实验在2019年12月初开始实施，正式结束时间为2021年6月。研究人员借助电脑对患者进行分组，本次实验的分组依据为双盲对照原则。对照组40例患者实施常规护理，实验组40例患者实施预见性护理引导，对两组患者护理认可情况及并发症出现情况进行记录，并加以分析对比。结果 系统分析本次实验，62.50%及85.00%分别为对照组及实验组患者护理认可度，两组数据进行比较，对照组数据较低，（p＜0.05）；细致分析本次实验，12.50%及2.50%分别为对照组及实验组患者并发症出现概率，两组数据进行比较，对照组数据较高，（p＜0.05）。结论 在骨科护理中预见性护理引导有着较高的应用价值，其在转变患者对护理工作的态度、减少并发症的出现方面表现优异。

Abstract

Objective: To compare and analyze the performance of conventional nursing and predictive nursing guidance in orthopedic nursing.
Methods: The subjects of this experiment are orthopedic patients, with a number of 80 people. The experiment started in early December 2019 and officially ended in June 2021. Researchers use computers to group patients. The grouping in this experiment is based on the principle of double-blind control. 40 patients in the control group were given routine care, and 40 patients in the experimental group were given predictive nursing guidance. The care approval status and complications of the two groups were recorded and analyzed and compared.
Results: Systematic analysis of this experiment, 62.50% and 85.00% were the care recognition of patients in the control group and the experimental group, respectively. The data of the two groups were compared, and the data of the control group was lower (p<0.05); detailed analysis of this experiment, 12.50 % And 2.50% are the probability of complications in the control group and the experimental group respectively. The data of the two groups are compared, and the data of the control group is higher (p<0.05).
Conclusion  : Predictive nursing guidance has high application value in orthopedic nursing, and it has excellent performance in changing patients' attitudes towards nursing work and reducing the occurrence of complications.
