Study on the application effect of "flipped classroom" in undergraduate nursing teaching in psychiatric department

摘要
目的 通过“翻转课堂”教学模式与传统教学模式在精神科护理本科教学中的应用,探讨“翻转课堂”教学模式效果及可行性。方法 观察组选择2018年-2019年在三峡大学就读的护理本科生,以班级为单位,按照随机化原则,分为观察组与对照组,对照组在精神科护理教学中采用传统的教学模式,观察组在精神科护理教学中采用“翻转课堂”教学模式,比较两组学生的理论知识与操作知识考核情况、学生对老师的满意度水平情况。结果 观察组理论知识考核及操作考核情况高于对照组、观察组学生对教师满意度水平明显该与对照组(p <0.05)。结论 “翻转课堂”教学模式是一种先进的护理教学模式,不仅能够大幅提升学生学习精神科护理的学习效率及兴趣,还能提高学生对教师的满意度水平,值得大力推广与应用。

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect and feasibility of “flipped classroom” teaching mode, Through the application of “flipped classroom” teaching mode and traditional teaching mode in psychiatric nursing undergraduate teaching. Methods the observation group selected nursing undergraduates studying in Three Gorges University from 2018 to 2019 and divided them into observation group and control group according to the principle of randomization. The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode in psychiatric nursing teaching, and the observation group adopted the “flipped classroom” teaching mode in psychiatric nursing teaching,comparing The assessment of theoretical knowledge and operational knowledge and the level of students' satisfaction with teachers between the two groups. Results the assessment of theoretical knowledge and operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and the students' satisfaction with teachers in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The “flipped classroom” teaching mode is an advanced nursing teaching mode, which can not only greatly improve students' learning efficiency and interest in learning psychiatric nursing, but also improve students' satisfaction with teachers, which is worthy of vigorous promotion and application.
