骨科护理中风险发生的原因及对策分析

摘要

目的 分析骨科护理中的风险发生原因及相关对策。方法 选取2019年2月至2019年7月我院骨科收治的患者100例，将其随机分为两组，每组患者人数为50例。对照组患者采用常规护理手段，观察组患者采用针对性护理干预，对比两组患者的护理情况。结果 经研究发现，压疮、跌倒和下肢深静脉血栓，是骨科护理中的三大风险因素，主要由于护理人员综合能力低、患者自身问题和制度不健全等方面所致。而且，观察组患者的满意度（98.00％）、护理投诉率（2.00％）和风险发生率（2.00％），与对照组患者的相关数据（86.00％）、（12.00％）和（8.00％），均存在着明显的差异，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 通过采取科学合理的管理措施，能够显著提升骨科护理的整体质量，使护理过程中的风险系数大大降低，确保患者的安全顺利康复。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the causes of risks in orthopedic nursing and related countermeasures.
Methods: A total of 100 patients admitted to the Department of Orthopedics in our hospital from February 2019 to July 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 50 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing methods, and patients in the observation group were treated with targeted nursing interventions. The nursing conditions of the two groups were compared.
Results: The study found that pressure ulcers, falls and deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities are the three major risk factors in orthopedic nursing, mainly due to the low comprehensive ability of the nursing staff, the patients' own problems and the imperfect system. Moreover, the satisfaction (98.00%), nursing complaint rate (2.00%) and risk incidence (2.00%) of patients in the observation group are related to the data of patients in the control group (86.00%), (12.00%) and (8.00%) , There are significant differences, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : By adopting scientific and reasonable management measures, the overall quality of orthopedic nursing can be significantly improved, the risk coefficient in the nursing process is greatly reduced, and the safe and smooth recovery of patients can be ensured.
