摘要
目的 调查医学生对新冠肺炎疫情风险认知水平现状并探讨医学生对新冠肺炎疫情认知程度与职业认同之间的关系。方法 采用一般资料调查问卷、医学生新冠肺炎风险认知水平调查问卷、高职院校学生职业认同调查问卷对河南省某所医学院校的360名医学本科生进行调查。结果 医学生对新冠肺炎疫情风险认知水平得分为(4.64±0.86)分,总量表及各维度均高于一般情况,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);医学生职业认同得分为(3.76±0.49)分,总量表及各维度均高于一般水平,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);医学生对新冠肺炎疫情的风险认知水平与其职业认同总量表及各维度之间除恐惧性维度与职业认知维度与职业行为维度之外,均呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 在新冠肺炎疫情期间,医学生对新冠肺炎疫情的风险认知水平和医学生职业认同感得分均较高,且医学生对新冠肺炎疫情风险认知的程度与其职业认同感水平呈显著的正相关关系。

Abstract
Objective: Investigate the status of medical students 'awareness of the risk level of COVID - 19 epidemic and the status of medical students under the COVID - 19 epidemic, and analyze the relationship between medical students' awareness of COVID -19 epidemic and professional identity. Methods: A survey of 360 medical undergraduates in a medical school in Henan Province was conducted by the General Data Questionnaire, the Medical Students ' COVID - 19 Risk Recognition Questionnaire. Results: Medical students score of risk cognition level of COVID - 19 epidemic (4.64 ± 0.86) score, the total table and dimensions are above the general situation, differences have statistical significance (P< 0.05); medical students vocational identity score (3.76 ± 0.49), total table and dimensions are above the general level, differences have statistical significance (P< 0.05); the risk cognition level of COVID - 19 epidemic and dimensions, except the fear dimension and professional cognition dimension and professional behavior dimension (P< 0.01). Conclusion s: During the COVID - 19 epidemic, medical students 'awareness of COVID - 19 epidemic and medical students' professional identity are above the general level, universities or hospitals and other relevant departments should take various measures to improve medical students ' awareness of the risk of COVID - 19 epidemic, in order to improve the level of professional identity, and then promote the development of medical and health undertakings in China.
