优质护理在小儿过敏性紫癜护理中的应用效果

摘要

目的 探究优质护理应用在小儿过敏性紫癜中的效果。方法 选取本院2020年6月至2021年6月的100例老小儿过敏性紫癜患者作为本次研究对象，采用数字随机表法将患者分为两组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组采用优质护理干预，对于两组患者的护理满意度、临床各项指标变化情况、复发情况进行比较。结果 对于两组患儿的住院时间、紫癜消失时间、腹痛缓解时间进行对比，观察组患儿的各项指标显著优于对照组患儿，差异存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。而两组患儿的护理满意度对比，观察组明显要比对照组高，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。统计两组患儿的复发情况，对照组患儿的总复发率14.00%要比观察组患儿2.00%高，差异显著，存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对于小儿过敏性紫癜患儿实施优质护理干预能够显著改善患儿的临床症状，提高生活质量，提高患儿的护理满意度，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of high-quality nursing application in children with allergic purpura.
Methods: Select 100 patients with allergic purpura in children from June 2020 to June 2021 in this hospital. The patients were divided into two groups using a digital random table method. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was used High-quality nursing intervention is to compare the nursing satisfaction, changes in clinical indicators, and recurrence of the two groups of patients.
Results: Comparing the hospitalization time, purpura disappearance time, and abdominal pain relief time of the two groups of children, the indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of children, the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The recurrence of children in the two groups was counted. The total recurrence rate of children in the control group was 14.00% higher than that in the observation group at 2.00%. The difference was significant and statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The implementation of high-quality nursing intervention for children with anaphylactoid purpura can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the children, improve the quality of life, and improve the satisfaction of the children with care. It has certain clinical application value.
