胸外科护士对肿瘤患者护理认知现状的调查及对策

摘要

目的 探析胸外科护士对肿瘤患者护理认知现状情况的调查以及相关改进对策。方法 正式开展本次调查研究任务前，共从4家不同医院纳入120名胸外科护士参与至本次研究，每所医院选取30名，并分别使用A、B、C、D区分；调查过程中对其使用肿瘤患者护理认知现状调查表进行调查分析，了解其认知情况。结果 经过调查分析来看，四组胸外科护士在健康教育方面均有过硬素养，能够为患者提供良好的健康教育；同时心理护理、疼痛护理两方面技能也相对较优，（P＞0.05）；但是在死亡教育方面四组护士均相对不足，（P＞0.05）。结论 胸外科护士在肿瘤患者护理工作中有较高的专业素养，必须要重视加强护理培训工作的开展，帮助进一步提升护理质量。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the investigation of the status quo of nursing cognition of tumor patients by nurses of thoracic surgery and related improvement measures.
Methods: Before the investigation and research task was formally launched, a total of 120 thoracic surgery nurses from 4 different hospitals were involved in this research, 30 of them were selected from each hospital, and distinguished by A, B, C, and D respectively; investigation process Investigate and analyze the status quo of nursing cognition questionnaires used by cancer patients to understand their cognition.
Results: According to the investigation and analysis, the four groups of thoracic surgery nurses have excellent literacy in health education and can provide patients with good health education; at the same time, the skills of psychological care and pain care are relatively good, (P>0.05) ; However, the four groups of nurses are relatively insufficient in terms of death education (P>0.05).
Conclusion  : Thoracic surgery nurses have a high level of professionalism in the nursing work of tumor patients, and they must pay attention to strengthening the development of nursing training to help further improve the quality of nursing.
