Research on the effect of Balint group activities on the negative emotions of frontline nurses against the epidemic
巴林特小组活动对抗疫一线护士负性情绪的疗效研究

摘要

目的 探讨巴林特小组活动对抗疫一线护士负性情绪的治疗效果。方法 本研究于2020年2月对抗疫一线出现负性情绪的58名护士进行干预，所有护士均进行线上心理健康宣教，研究组联合巴林特小组活动，在干预前后采用广泛性焦虑障碍量表（GAD-7）、患者健康问卷抑郁症状群量表（PHQ-9）评估护士的心理状况。结果 干预前两组护士在性别、年龄、受教育程度、工作年限、婚姻、日工作时长、PHQ-9评分、GAD-7评分等方面差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；干预后两组护士GAD-7评分、PHQ-9评分在时间效应、组间效应、交互效应的比较，差异均有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；结论 巴林特小组活动可以明显改善抗疫一线护士的焦虑、抑郁情绪。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of Balint group activities on the negative emotions of frontline nurses against the epidemic.
Methods In this study, 58 nurses with negative emotions on the front line of the epidemic were intervened in February 2020. All nurses received online mental health education. The research group combined with Balint group activities, and the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale was used before and after the intervention. (GAD-7) and Patient Health Questionnaire Depressive Symptoms Scale (PHQ-9) to evaluate the psychological status of nurses.
Results There was no significant difference in gender, age, education level, working years, marriage, daily working hours, PHQ-9 score and GAD-7 score between the two groups of nurses before the intervention (P>0.05). Nurses' GAD-7 score and PHQ-9 score were compared in terms of time effect, group effect, and interaction effect, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Depressed mood.
