Analysis of related factors of mental disorders in patients after cardiopulmonary bypass in cardiac ICU
心脏ICU体外循环术后患者并发精神障碍的相关因素分析

摘要

目的 本文分析研究对心脏ICU体外循环术后患者并发精神障碍的相关因素分析。方法 此次选取2020年1月份至2021年1月份在我院进行就诊并行心脏外科体外循环手术的210例患者作为研究对象,观察两组患者术后精神障碍发生情况、相关因素以及对护理的满意度。结果 经数据分析，使用不同的护理措施后，ICU优质护理组患者发生精神障碍的情况和发生相关因素明显少于ICU常规护理组；在护理满意度上ICU优质护理组高达93.33%，ICU常规护理的护理满意度仅有72.88%，P＜0.05，说明存在对比性。结论 对心外科体外循环手术后入住ICU的患者实施科学有效的优质护理方法，可以明显减少精神障碍的发生，而患者对护理效果满意度却显著提高，说明科学合理的优质护理方法有提高患者术后安全性和满意度，对患者各方面的康复均具有良好的促进意义。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the related factors of mental disorders in patients after cardiopulmonary bypass in cardiac ICU.
Methods: 210 patients with cardiac surgery and cardiopulmonary bypass from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research object. The incidence of postoperative mental disorders, related factors and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed.
Results: after data analysis, after using different nursing measures, the incidence of mental disorders and related factors in ICU high-quality nursing group were significantly less than those in ICU routine nursing group; In terms of nursing satisfaction, the nursing satisfaction of high-quality warm nursing group in ICU was as high as 93.33%, and that of routine nursing in ICU was only 72.88%, P < 0.05, indicating that there was contrast.
Conclusion  : the implementation of scientific and effective high-quality nursing methods for patients admitted to ICU after cardiopulmonary bypass in cardiac surgery can significantly reduce the occurrence of mental disorders, but the patients' satisfaction with the nursing effect is significantly improved, indicating that scientific and reasonable high-quality nursing methods can improve the postoperative safety and satisfaction of patients, and can promote the rehabilitation of patients in all aspects.
