基于成果导向理念下CDIO教学模式在《内科护理学》教学中的应用研究

摘要

目的 探讨融合CDIO理念的教学模式在护理本科《内科护理学》教学中的应用及效果。方法选取内蒙古医科大学2018级护理本科生238人,按照教学班级随机分为对照组(1-3班)118人和实验组(4-6班)120人; 对照组采用传统讲授教学法,实验组采用融入CDIO 理念的情景模拟教学法。教学完成后比较两组学生的学习效果,包括学习的主动意识、学习能力培养及最终考试成绩。结果 两组学生的自主学习能力均有所提高(P<0.01);实验组学生批判性思维能力明显高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组期末理论考试总成绩与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05),但题型得分有差异,案例分析题得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在《内科护理学》教学模式的探讨中,合理利用CDIO 理念,可强化学生的学习情境,提高学习的自主性和积极性,同时可锻炼其分析问题、解决问题的批判性思维能力,从而提升内科护理学的学习效果。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application and effect of the teaching mode integrating CDIO concept in the teaching of internal medicine nursing for undergraduate nursing students.
Methods: 238 nursing undergraduates of grade 2018 in Inner Mongolia Medical University were randomly divided into 118 in the control group (classes 1-3) and 120 in the experimental group (classes 4-6); The control group used the traditional teaching method, and the experimental group used the scene simulation teaching method integrating the concept of CDIO. After teaching, the learning effects of the two groups were compared, including learning initiative, learning ability training and final examination results.
Results: the autonomous learning ability of the two groups was improved (P < 0.01); The critical thinking ability of students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.01); There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the total score of final theoretical examination (P > 0.05), but there was a difference in the score of question types. The score of case analysis questions was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : in the discussion of the teaching mode of internal medicine nursing, the rational use of CDIO concept can strengthen students' learning situation, improve their autonomy and enthusiasm, and exercise their critical thinking ability to analyze and solve problems, so as to improve the learning effect of internal medicine nursing.
