Application analysis of the integrated chronic wound management model in 50 cases
50例医护治一体化慢性伤口管理模式的应用分析

摘要

目的 探讨医护治一体的化管理模式在慢性伤口中的临床应用效果。方法 选取我院2018年9月至2019年4月期间收治医院慢性伤口患者50例作为本次研究对象，并按照随机抽取方法将患者分为对照组和观察组，每组各25例，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上，实施医护治一体化护理模式，分析并对比两组患者伤口愈合时间、住院时间及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者伤口愈合时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组护理满意度（96.95％）显著高于对照组护理满意度（86.59％）。对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 慢性伤口患者护理中应用医护治一体化护理模式，能够有效缩短伤口愈合时间，提高患者的护理满意度，同时能够建立良好的医患关系。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the clinical application effect of the integrated management model of medical care and treatment in chronic wounds.
Methods Fifty patients with chronic wounds admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 25 cases in each group, the control group The patients were given routine nursing, and the observation group implemented the integrated nursing mode of medical care and treatment on this basis. The wound healing time, hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared.
Results The wound healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group (96.95%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (86.59%). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of the integrated nursing model of medical care and treatment in the nursing of chronic wound patients can effectively shorten the wound healing time, improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, and establish a good doctor-patient relationship.
