摘要

目的 研究分析高血压脑出血患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管置管后护理方案及效果。方法 本次实验跨越2020年1月至2022年3月这一时间段，研究人员对90例高血压脑出血患者进行研究，所选研究对象均采用PICC，研究人员按照双盲对照原则完成分组工作，对照组所选45例患者实施基础护理，实验组所选45例患者实施优质护理干预，记录对照组及实验组患者并发症出现情况、患者对护理工作所持态度、导管留置时间，并加以分析比较。结果 对照组及实验组所选患者中出现并发症的人数分别为14人及2人，占组内所选患者总人数的比例分别为31.11%及4.44%，组间并发症出现概率加以比较，有着较大的差距，（p＜0.05）；对照组及实验组所选患者中对护理工作持非常认可及一般认可态度的人数之和分别为34人及44人，占组内所选患者总人数的比例分别为75.56%及97.78%，组间护理认可度相关数据加以比较分析，有着较大的差距，（p＜0.05）；对照组及实验组所选患者导管留置时间比较分析，分别为（8.1±2.4）天及（4.1±1.2）天，有着较大的差距，（p＜0.05）。结论 优质护理在高血压脑出血患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管置管后护理中应用价值较高。

Abstract

Objective To study and analyze the nursing program and effect of peripherally inserted central venous catheter in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
Methods: This experiment spanned the period from January 2020 to March 2022. The researchers studied 90 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. The selected subjects were all treated with PICC, and the researchers completed the grouping according to the principle of double-blind control. In the work, 45 patients in the control group were selected for basic nursing, and 45 patients in the experimental group were selected for high-quality nursing intervention. The complications of the patients in the control group and the experimental group, the patients' attitudes towards nursing work, and the catheter indwelling time were recorded and calculated. analyse and compare.
Results: The number of patients with complications in the control group and the experimental group were 14 and 2, respectively, accounting for 31.11% and 4.44% of the total number of selected patients in the group, respectively. The incidence of complications between the groups was compared. , there is a large gap (p < 0.05); the sum of the number of patients in the control group and the experimental group who have a very recognized and generally recognized attitude towards nursing work is 34 and 44 respectively, accounting for the selected patients in the group. The proportion of the total number of patients was 75.56% and 97.78%, respectively. The data on nursing recognition between the groups were compared and analyzed, and there was a large gap (p<0.05). Conclusion  : High-quality nursing has high application value in the nursing of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after peripheral venous placement of central venous catheters.
