新冠疫情后时代护理专业本科生职业认同与择业困难的探究

摘要

目的 探究新冠疫情下护理专业本科生的职业认同水平与择业困难程度,并分析二者的相关性。方法 采用目的抽样方法,使用一般资料调查问卷、大学生职业决策问卷及大学生专业认同问卷,借助问卷星平台对某医科大学护理本科专业学生进行调查。结果 护理专业学生的职业决策困难与专业认同均处于中等水平,专业认同与职业决策困难的相关性系数是-0.306,专业认同与职业决策困难呈负相关,显著性为0.000,具有统计学意义。结论 专业认同水平越高,择业困难程度越低,护理教育者要注重护理专业学生专业认同的培养与提升,有效降低职业决策困难。

Abstract

Objective To explore the level of professional identity and difficulty in choosing career of nursing undergraduates under the COVID-19 pandemic, and analyze the correlation between them.
Methods The purpose sampling method was used to investigate the nursing undergraduate students in a medical university with the help of the questionnaire star platform, using the general data questionnaire, college students' career decision questionnaire and college students' professional identity questionnaire.
Results The professional decision difficulty and professional identity of nursing students were at the medium level, the correlation coefficient between professional identity and career decision difficulty was -0.306, professional identity and career decision difficulty were negatively correlated, the significance was 0.000, which was statistically significant.
Conclusion   The higher the level of professional identity is, the lower the degree of difficulty in choosing a career. Nursing educators should pay attention to the cultivation and improvement of professional identity of nursing students, and effectively reduce the difficulty in making career decisions.
