Effect of evidence-based nursing on infection nursing of leukemia patients during chemotherapy and their quality of life
循证护理在白血病患者化疗期间感染护理中及对患者生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 探讨循证护理在白血病患者化疗期间感染护理中及对患者生活质量的影响。方法 将我院2020年2月至2021年2月110例白血病化疗患者，数字表随机法分二组。对照组给予常规干预，循证护理组实施循证护理。比较两组干预前后生活质量量表评分、感染发生率。结果 干预前两组各项量表评分结果比较，P＞0.05，干预后两组各项评分指标与护理前相比均得到改善，但采用循证护理组护理质量、患者认知度以及依从性同对照组比较显著提升，患者的焦虑情绪和生活质量与对照组相比也得到明显改善，且患者化疗期间感染发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 白血病化疗患者实施循证护理效果确切，可改善患者生活质量，降低感染率，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on the quality of life of leukemia patients with infection during chemotherapy.
Methods: 110 leukemia chemotherapy patients in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine intervention, and the evidence-based nursing group was given evidence-based nursing. The scores of quality of life scale and the incidence of infection were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.
Results: before the intervention, the scores of the two groups were compared, P > 0.05. After the intervention, the scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before nursing, but the nursing quality, patient awareness and compliance of the evidence-based nursing group were significantly improved compared with the control group, the anxiety and quality of life of the patients were also significantly improved compared with the control group, and the incidence of infection during chemotherapy was lower than that of the control group, P < 0.05.
Conclusion  : the effect of evidence-based nursing for leukemia patients undergoing chemotherapy is accurate, which can improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the infection rate. It is worth popularizing.
