Analysis of the application value of evidence-based nursing in the quality management of urological nursing
循证护理在泌尿外科护理质量管理中的应用价值分析

摘要

目的 探讨对泌尿外科患者采用循证护理方法完成护理质量管理后获得临床效果。方法 选取2019年2月～2021年4月收治的100例泌尿外科患者进行护理研究；随机分为常规组（采用基础护理模式完成护理质量管理）和研究组（常规组基础上，采用循证护理模式完成护理质量管理），各50例；比较两组患者护理满意度（护患关系、护理细节、护理针对性、护理效果）评分、临床症状缓解时间、并发症（尿路感染、尿失禁）总发生率、护理质量（护理技能、安全管理、文书记录以及基础护理）评分。结果 研究组护患关系、护理细节、护理针对性、护理效果评分均高于常规组（P<0.05）；研究组临床症状缓解时间短于常规组（P<0.05）；研究组并发症（尿路感染、尿失禁）总发生率（4.00%）低于常规组（24.00%）（P<0.05）；研究组护理技能、安全管理、文书记录以及基础护理评分均高于常规组（P<0.05）。结论 循证护理模式合理应用，可将患者护理满意度、护理质量有效提升，将临床症状缓解时间缩短，并将并发症减少，可促进泌尿外科患者良好预后。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of using evidence-based nursing method to complete nursing quality management for urological patients.
Methods A total of 100 urological patients admitted from February 2019 to April 2021 were selected for nursing research; they were randomly divided into a routine group (using the basic nursing model to complete nursing quality management) and a research group (on the basis of the routine group, using evidence-based nursing) Nursing satisfaction (nursing-patient relationship, nursing details, nursing pertinence, nursing effect) scores, clinical symptom relief time, complications (urinary tract infection, urinary incontinence) were compared between the two groups of patients Overall incidence, quality of care (nursing skills, safety management, paperwork, and primary care) scores.
Results The scores of nurse-patient relationship, nursing details, nursing pertinence, and nursing effect in the research group were higher than those in the routine group (P<0.05); the clinical symptom relief time in the research group was shorter than that in the routine group (P<0.05); The total incidence of urinary incontinence (4.00%) was lower than that of the routine group (24.00%) (P<0.05); the nursing skills, safety management, document records and basic nursing scores of the research group were higher than those of the routine group (P<0.05). ).
Conclusion   The rational application of evidence-based nursing model can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction and nursing quality of patients, shorten the clinical symptom relief time, and reduce the complications, which can promote the good prognosis of urological patients.
