摘要
目的 分析"结构-过程-结果"理论在耳鼻喉科临床护理教学管理中的价值。方法 选择本院在耳鼻喉科在2020年3月-2021年4月之间的70名护理实习生作为本文主要研究对象,将其分为对照组以及观察组,每组护理实习生都为35例。对照组实习生进行常规护理带教模式,而观察组护理实习生通过"结构-过程-结果"理论当作教学指导。由医院的护理部统一出考试题,针对两组护理实习生进行考核,对比两组实习生的实际知识水平,通过本院的自拟护理教学质量评价表带教老师的实际教学质量。结果 观察组护理实习生的整体教学工作质量要比对照组高很多,二者之间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 "结构-过程-结果"理论在耳鼻喉科临床护理教学管理之中具有很高价值,可以显著提升护理实习生带教的教学工作质量,具有很高推广价值。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of "structure process result" theory in clinical nursing teaching management of otolaryngology. Methods 70 nursing interns in the Department of Otolaryngology from March 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the main research object of this paper. They were divided into control group and observation group. There were 35 nursing interns in each group. The control group interns carried out the routine nursing teaching mode, while the observation group interns took the "structure process result" theory as the teaching guidance. The nursing department of the hospital unified the examination questions, assessed the two groups of nursing interns, compared the actual knowledge level of the two groups of interns, and led the actual teaching quality of teachers through the self-made nursing teaching quality evaluation form of the hospital. Results the overall teaching quality of nursing interns in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion the theory of "structure process result" has high value in the management of clinical nursing teaching in Otolaryngology, can significantly improve the teaching quality of nursing interns, and has high popularization value.
