摘要
高血压是以血压升高为临床表现的综合症，是多种心脑血管疾病的多种病因和危险因素，影响重要脏器如心、脑、肾的结构与功能，最终可导致这些脏器的衰竭[1]，因此高血压患者为了更好地控制血压，避免并发症而长期服用降压药屡见不鲜，但是由于多种原因引起的直立性低血压症状及诱因往往容易被人忽视，特别是以老年人群中发病率较高，危害较大，因此通过分析直立性低血压（OH）的临床表现与危害及预防干预措施旨在避免或降低老年人由直立性低血压引起的跌倒、晕厥等并发症的发生。

Abstract
Clinical symptoms of hypertension is high blood pressure，It is a risk factor for a variety of disease of heart head blood-vessel. The effect of the struture and function of improtent organ such as heart, brain, kindney, eventually lead to failure, As a result, a larg number of patients with high blood pressure should be long-term use of antihypertensive agents to better control of blood pressure. But because people tend to ignore symptoms of orthostatic hypotension caused by a variety of reasons and causes. So through the analysis of the clinical manifestations of orthoststic hypotension and the harm and prevention measures can avoiding or reduce the elderly fall, syncope and other complications.
