Application analysis of clinical nursing pathway in health education of patients with inflammatory myopathy
临床护理路径在炎性肌病患者健康教育中的应用分析

摘要

目的 分析临床护理路径在炎性肌病患者健康教育中的应用价值。方法 以我科2020年1月至2022年1月收治的炎性肌病患者70例作为研究对象，按照数字表排序的先后，将患者划分为2组。排序在前的35例患者，作为对照组，在常规护理下开展健康教育；排序在后的35例患者，作为观察组，在临床护理路径下开展健康教育。就2组患者干预前后的疾病认知状况和负面情绪进行评估。结果 在干预前，观察组和对照组患者的疾病认知状况、负面情绪（焦虑、抑郁）差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；在干预后，观察组的疾病认知状况相较于对照组占优，且焦虑和抑郁评分低于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 在对炎性肌病患者实施健康教育时，予以临床护理路径干预，可有效地改善患者的不良情绪，提高其疾病认知，可进行推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application value of clinical nursing pathway in the health education of patients with inflammatory myopathy.
Methods: A total of 70 patients with inflammatory myopathy admitted to our department from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into 2 groups according to the order of numerical table. The top 35 patients were treated as the control group and received health education under routine nursing. The last 35 patients, as the observation group, were given health education under the clinical nursing pathway. The cognitive status of disease and negative emotion of 2 groups were evaluated before and after intervention.
Results: Before intervention, there was no significant difference in disease cognition and negative emotions (anxiety and depression) between the observation group and the control group (P > 0.05). After intervention, the cognitive status of disease in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the scores of anxiety and depression were lower than those in the control group, the differences were significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : In the implementation of health education for patients with inflammatory myopathy, the intervention of clinical nursing path can effectively improve the patients' bad mood, improve their disease cognition, which can be popularized.
