Application of pressure ulcer nursing consultation in wound nursing of patients with pressure ulcer in ICU
压疮护理会诊在ICU压疮患者伤口护理中的应用

摘要

目的 分析在ICU压疮患者采取压疮护理会诊干预对其护理满意率与压疮的作用。方法 选择2020年5月到2021年5月期间我院ICU压疮患者进行分组对比，以抽签法将患者分为对照组和实验组，共有患者人数为80例，每组纳入患者40例。对照组实施常规护理，实验组患者实施压疮护理会诊干预。将两组患者的临床指标进行比较。结果 实验组较对照组患者压疮发生率更低（P＜0.05），数据之间存在对比意义；实验组患者护理满意率更高（P＜0.05），对比意义显著。对照组焦虑、抑郁评分高于实验组患者，数据有差异（P＜0.05）。实验组生活质量明显高于对照组，两组数据进行比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 压疮护理会诊干预的有效实施可以降低ICU压疮患者降低压疮的发生，提高满意率，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of pressure ulcer nursing consultation intervention on nursing satisfaction rate and pressure ulcer in ICU patients.
Methods: Patients with pressure ulcers in ICU of our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected for grouping and comparison. Patients were divided into control group and experimental group by lottery. There were 80 patients in total, 40 patients were included in each group. The control group carried out routine nursing, the experimental group of patients with pressure ulcer nursing consultation intervention. The clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.
Results: The incidence of pressure ulcers in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group was higher (P < 0.05), and the comparison was significant. The scores of anxiety and depression in the control group were higher than those in the experimental group (P < 0.05). The quality of life in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : The effective implementation of nursing consultation intervention on pressure ulcers can reduce the occurrence of pressure ulcers in ICU patients and improve the satisfaction rate, which is worth promoting.
