Study on the effect of personalized nursing in the nursing of patients with sudden deafness accompanied by tinnitus
个性化护理在突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者护理中的效果研究

摘要

目的 分析在突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者护理中应用个性化护理的临床效果。方法 在2020年3月-2021年3月期间我院进行治疗的突发性耳聋伴耳鸣的患者中选取44例作为研究对象，对所有涉及本次研究的患者按照抽签法进行分组对比，分别为对照组（常规护理）与实验组（个性化护理），每组患者包含22例，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 实验组患者自我护理能力评分高于对照组，组间之间对比存在差异（P<0.05）；实验组患者的满意率高于对照组患者，数据有差异（P＜0.05）；实验组患者的生活质量高于对照组（P＞0.05），护理后实验组患者生活质量高于对照组（P＜0.05），实验组患者的SDS、SAS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 个性化护理能够大幅度提高突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者的自我护理能力，同时能够有效降低各类不良事件的发生几率，临床效果显著，该方法值得推广于临床。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of personalized nursing in the nursing of patients with sudden deafness accompanied by tinnitus.
Methods: In March 2020 - March 2021, our hospital for treatment of sudden deafness with tinnitus patients from 44 cases as the research object, to all of the patients involved in the study carried out in accordance with the draw method of group comparison, respectively, in the control group (usual care) and experimental group (personal care), each group contains 22 cases patients, compare the nursing effect of two groups of patients.
Results: The score of self-care ability in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and there was a difference between groups (P<0.05); The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the data were different (P < 0.05). The quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P > 0.05), the quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the SDS and SAS scores in the experimental group were lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : Personalized nursing can greatly improve the self-care ability of patients with sudden deafness accompanied by tinnitus, and can effectively reduce the incidence of various adverse events, the clinical effect is significant, this method is worth promoting in the clinic.
