Effect and nursing measures of single block via popliteal sciatic nerve under ultrasound guidance for postoperative analgesia of ankle joint
超声引导下经腘窝坐骨神经单次阻滞用于踝关节术后镇痛的效果及护理措施

摘要

目的 分析超声引导下经腘窝坐骨神经单次阻滞用于踝关节术后镇痛的效果及护理措施的应用效果。方法 将2019年1月到2020年12月本院在本院接受踝关节术治疗的患者共60例作为本次研究对象，根据抽签法进行分例，观察和对照组各30例。对照组患者使用常规的镇痛方式及护理，观察组患者使用经腘窝坐骨神经阻滞，分析两组患者在临床状况中疼痛改善效果及护理满意度差异。结果 观察组患者的疼痛感明显低于对照组，且观察组患者总满意度96.67%高于对照组73.33%（P＜0.05）。结论 超声引导下经腘窝坐骨神经单次阻滞用于踝关节术后镇痛的效果及护理措施的临床应用当中，患者的疼痛感得到较好的改善，且患者的护理满意度较高，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of ultrasound guided single block via popliteal sciatic nerve for postoperative analgesia of ankle joint and the application of nursing measures.
Methods: A total of 60 patients who received ankle arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were divided into 30 patients for observation and 30 patients for control group according to lottery method. Patients in the control group used conventional analgesia and nursing, and patients in the observation group used transpopliteal sciatic nerve block, to analyze the difference of pain improvement effect and nursing satisfaction between the two groups in clinical conditions.
Results: The pain sensation of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67% higher than that of the control group 73.33% (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : In the clinical application of ultrasonic-guided single popliteal sciatic nerve block for postoperative analgesia of ankle joint and nursing measures, the pain sensation of patients has been better improved, and the nursing satisfaction of patients is high, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
