Effects of rapid rehabilitation surgical concept nursing on pain and gastrointestinal function rehabilitation of patients undergoing regular hepatectomy for liver cancer
快速康复外科理念护理对肝癌行规则性肝切除术患者疼痛及胃肠功能康复的影响

摘要

目的 分析在肝癌行规则性肝切除术患者中开展快速康复外科理念护理服务对其术后疼痛及胃肠功能康复的影响。方法 随机筛选在我医院2020年2月-2022年2月接受规则性肝切除术的肝癌患者30例，将纳入的病例通过电脑随机抽取方式划分为观察组15例和对照组15例，对照组患者围手术期给予常规护理干预，观察组患者给予快速康复外科理念护理服务，将两组最终获得的护理效果进行对比。结果 护理后观察组护理质量显著提升，患者焦虑情绪和依从性及时改善，术后排气时间和恢复正常饮食时间也明显缩短，术后患者疼痛程度较轻，发生的并发症较少，最终患者生活质量和对护理满意度评分也较高（P<0.05）。结论 对肝癌患者行规则性肝切除期间开展快速康复外科理念护理服务，对于提升临床护理质量、增强患者身心舒适度及配合度、减轻患者术后疼痛程度以及促进术后胃肠功能恢复起着关键性作用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical concept nursing service on postoperative pain and gastrointestinal function rehabilitation in patients undergoing regular hepatectomy for liver cancer.
Methods: Random selection in my hospital in February 2020 - February 2022 accept rules, 30 patients with hepatic resection of liver cancer, will be included in the way of cases by the computer random divided into observation group of 15 cases and control group in 15 cases, perioperative period in the control group given routine nursing intervention, the observation group patients give quick rehabilitation concept of surgical nursing service, The final nursing outcomes of the two groups were compared.
Results: The nursing quality of the observation group was significantly improved, patients' anxiety and compliance were improved in time, postoperative exhaust time and normal diet time were significantly shortened, postoperative pain was lighter, fewer complications occurred, and the final quality of life and nursing satisfaction score of patients were also higher (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Rapid rehabilitation surgical concept nursing service for patients with liver cancer during regular hepatectomy plays a key role in improving clinical nursing quality, enhancing physical and mental comfort and cooperation degree of patients, alleviating postoperative pain and promoting postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery.
