摘要
目的 研究标准化护理对老年无痛胃肠镜患者术前和术后并发症的影响。方法 从2020.01-2020.12于徐州市第一人民医院进行胃肠镜检查的老年患者中选取68例作为本次研究的对象，随机分成2组并采取不同的干预方式，对照组患者采取常规护理，实验组患者实施标准化护理，对比两组患者护理效果。结果 实施标准化护理老年患者的负性情绪评分、并发症发生率、患者检查时间与苏醒时间显著低于对照组，实验组对护理工作满意度评价较高，P＜0.05。结论 在老年无痛胃肠镜检查期间实施标准化护理显著改善患者的情绪，降低并发症并缩短检查、苏醒时间。

Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of standardized nursing on preoperative and postoperative complications in elderly patients with painless gastroenteroscopy. Methods: A total of 68 elderly patients who underwent gastrointestinal endoscopy in Xuzhou First People's Hospital from 2020.01 to 2020.12 were selected as the subjects of this study and randomly divided into 2 groups with different intervention methods. The patients in the control group received routine care, The patients in the experimental group were given standardized nursing, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The negative emotion score, complication rate, patient examination time and wake-up time of elderly patients who received standardized nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group. The experimental group had a higher evaluation of nursing work satisfaction, P<0.05. Conclusion : Implementing standardized nursing during painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in the elderly can significantly improve patients' mood, reduce complications, and shorten examination and recovery time.
