健康教育在肺癌患者护理中的应用价值

摘要

目的 探讨和研究健康教育在肺癌患者护理中的应用价值。方法 择取的研究对象为我科2018年1月至2020年12月份期间内所收治的90例肺癌患者,按照随机抽签分为观察组和对照组,其中对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用健康教育护理干预,对比两组患者的疾病认知度以及治疗依从性。结果 两组患者在接受不同的护理干预之后,观察组患者对疾病的认知度以及治疗依从性均明显高于对照组,观察组患者无疲乏者较多,重度疲乏者较少,观察组患者HAMA、HAMD评分均较低,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 健康教育在肺癌患者护理中具有较高的应用价值,能够有效提高患者的疾病认知度以及治疗依从性,值得临床研究和应用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore and study the application value of health education in nursing of patients with lung cancer.
Methods: The selected research subjects were 90 patients with lung cancer who were treated in our department from January 2018 to December 2020. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was treated with routine nursing intervention. Health education nursing intervention was used to compare the disease cognition and treatment compliance of the two groups of patients.
Results: After the two groups of patients received different nursing interventions, the patients in the observation group had significantly higher disease awareness and treatment compliance than those in the control group. The HAMA and HAMD scores of the patients were lower, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Health education has high application value in the nursing of patients with lung cancer, which can effectively improve the patients' disease cognition and treatment compliance, and is worthy of clinical research and application.
